#34 - ‘75 Hard’ Challenge….ft. Mira

Created by motivational speaker, podcaster, author, and supplement company owner Andy Frisella, the ‘75 Hard’ challenge aims to cultivate mental toughness and discipline and is described as the ‘Ironman for your brain’ - and Mira and Brody were crazy enough to take it on!

The rules are:

  1. Stick to a diet: Participants must adhere to any diet of their choice.
  2. No alcohol or cheat meals: Absolutely no indulgence in alcohol or cheat days.
  3. Double workouts: Complete two 45-minute workouts daily, with one session outdoors regardless of the weather.
  4. Hydration: Drink 4.5 liters of water each day.
  5. Daily progress photo: Capture your journey with a daily photo.
  6. Read 10 pages of inspirational non-fiction: Nourish your mind with knowledge.
