#62 - Slack + BLVE + Bali + Holidays + Shifting Goals

Yep we got slack, moving on.

Very happy to get back into the studio for a chinwag and see what's been happening in our lives.

- Ben did his first (and possibly last BLVE class). High-intensity ain't him.
